CAMPING FAQ

The Car Camping pass includes 4 individual people to camp by their car. If a car has more than 4 people, each additional person will need to purchase an individual camping pass for $55. Everyone must be present and inside the vehicle upon arrival.

Walk-In camping passes can also be purchased for anyone looking to camp that does not have a vehicle.

RV passes includes up to 6 individual camping passes. If an RV has more than 6 people, each additional person will need to purchase their own walk in camping pass for $55. How much space per each camping area? RV 10’×40′

Are camping stoves allowed?

Propane only.

How much space per each camping area?

Walk In 10×15, Car Camping 10×30, RV 10×40.

Is there re-entry for cars?

No.

When can people start setting up camp?

General Camping – Thursday, January 25th @ 10am
Early Entry Camping – Wednesday, January 24th @ 3pm

Are there bathrooms on site?

Yes

Are power hookups provided?

No.

Are outside food and beverages allowed in the campsite?

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES IN THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS, ONLY IN THE CAMPGROUNDS

Are there showers on the festival ground?

Is there free water on site?

Can We have amplified sound at our campsite?

Thursday, January 25th at 9am. Gates will open at 9am – January 25th – January 28th

Is there early entry?

Yes, We have early entry passes available through our ticket site. Box office is open at 8:30am and closes at Midnight daily.

Yes single day tickets will be available while supplies last.

PARKING/TRAVEL

Where do we park?

Parking will be available around the venue area.

Does parking cost money?

Yes. $10 for a parking pass

Will there be taxis available?

Yes, there will be a taxi stand available on site.

Will there be a shuttle Service?

Yes. We will have shuttles running on the hour to select locations within the city limits of Tucson.

ACCOMODATIONS

Where can I stay in Tucson?

There are hotels all around the Tucson area.

Is there camping?

Yes, we ARE offering camping on site.

VENUE

Are kids allowed?

Kids are allowed. Kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult, and kids 6 years old or under do not need a ticket.

Will there be an ATM on site?

Yes.

Will there be water available?

Yes we will have free water available on site.

Will there be food available?

Yes we will have several different options.

Will there be WIFI?

There will no be WIFI available to the public.

Will pets be allowed?

Only Service Animals are allowed on site.  Emotional Assistant or Companion Animals do not qualify as Service Animals.

Will I be able to spin fire?

No.

Are there Ins and outs?

Yes, but your vehicle will not be able to leave, unless it is in the day parking lot.

What else can’t we have?

NO Weapons
NO open flames, campfires or grilling

The following behaviors will result in removal from the event and the Pima County Fairgrounds:

  • Possession and/or use of illegal drugs

Ready Set Camp

Are you coming in from out of town and don’t want to stay in a hotel? Would you like to pack light and leave setup and take down to us? Well YOU ARE IN LUCK! We are pleased to announce Boutique Camping options are NOW AVAILABLE! Each setup comes with mattress and linens, along with some home decor and furniture that will make camping easy and comfortable. Shiftpods are made of a composite fabric that keeps cool during the daytime, while retaining warmth on cool nights.

General Rules

  • Maximum of 2 people per tent
  • Festival Passes must be purchased separately
  • Renters will be allowed early access to festival beginning Thursday, February 2nd
  • Ready Set Camp parking passes allow for close parking to campground
  • All equipment must be returned in good condition, free of all personal property & trash
  • If damage occurs, the replacement cost will come out of the $300 deposit (refundable at time of checkout if no damage or loss occurs.
  • Each tent will be shaded under trees and set on a grassy area
  • Bathrooms are not part of tents but will be close by and cleaned each day
  • Power will be provided outside of each tent - bring your own extension cord power strip
  • There are NO coolers in tents
  • There is no internet access
  • You will get Ready Set Camp access once you check-in at the reception tent
  • When picking up festival wristband at the box office, you will receive your boutique car camping pass as well with valid ID.
  • Camping spots are 15’ x 15’ (Total area including tent)
  • RV’s are not allowed in the Shift Pod area
  • Your CC will be held on file and charged if there are any damages to the tent or any of the items inside
  • We are NOT responsible for any damages to personal property of renters. Renters shall assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property. Locks will be provided for each tent. Renters shall indemnify and hold us harmless from all loss resulting there of; including damages or loss caused by fire, water, theft or vandalism. The liability will not exceed the period of this rental agreement.
